nRole Overview
NWe are looking for a Storage Administrator – L1 to support day-to-day storage infrastructure operations, including monitoring, provisioning, health checks, troubleshooting, and incident/service-request management.

nKey Responsibilities

Monitor storage infrastructure and identify alerts/issues. N
Provision storage volumes based on approved requests. N
Manage storage-related service requests. N
Perform routine storagehealth checks. N
Troubleshoot basic storage-related issues. N
Support incident and service request management. N
Escalate complex issuesto L2/L3 teams as required. N
Maintain operational records and ticket updates. N
