nAbout the role
nThe Workplace Concierge is the first point of contact for our business and a key ambassador for the Woolworths Group workplace experience. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for all team members, guests, and visitors. Going beyond a traditional reception role, the Workplace Concierge will proactively enhance the daily experience on-site by providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations seamlessly, and assisting with various workplace services to ensure our support offices are outstanding places to work and visit.
