nKey Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Property Consultants / Sales Executives.n
Take complete ownership of the team‘s sales targets and revenue goals.n
Ensure effective utilization and conversion of qualified Google leads.n
Monitor lead follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.n
Track individual and team performance on a regular basis.n




Develop strategies to improve site visits, conversion ratios, and closures.n
Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to improve performance.n
Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.n
Support the team in handling client negotiations and closing high-value residential deals.n
Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.n
Build a high-performance sales culture within the team.n
