Drive hunting/Recent client acquisition (Recent Logo) and revenue growth from GCCs, with a focus on IT services, talent solutions, digital transformation, managed services, and AI-powered offerings.n




Establish deep relationships with CXOs in India market, positioning the company as a trusted partner in GCC spacen
Develop account penetration strategies and influence decision-making at the CXO level, highlighting opportunities for innovation through Generative AI and automation.n
Leverage a metric-driven sales execution framework to track pipeline, conversions, and account expansion, enhanced by data and AI insights.n
Partner with delivery and operations to create scalable, future-ready solutions for clients, including AI-augmented workforce models.n
Institutionalize best practices for enterprise sales across GCC-focused teams globally, embedding digital and AI-driven methodologies.n
Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement, fostering experimentation with emerging technologies like Generative AI.n
