Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile platforms using industry-best practices.
Implement end-to-end UI and API test suites integrating with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI) for rapid regression feedback.
Collaborate with Dev and Product teams to define test strategies, automate acceptance criteria, and shift-left quality gates.
Optimize test coverage and execution speed using parallel testing, data-driven approaches, and cloud-based test orchestration.




Integrate quality metrics into dashboards (Grafana, JIRA, Allure) to drive data-driven quality decisions.
Mentor junior QA engineers and evangelize automation best practices across cross-functional squads.
