Oversee and manage all daily outlet operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and established standards
Lead, mentor, and develop outlet staff to build a high-performance culture, support growth opportunities, and conduct regular performance reviews
Drive sales performance and revenue targets through strategic planning, team motivation, and implementation of effective promotional campaigns
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics,



and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, outlet cleanliness, safety standards, and visual merchandising to maintain a premium customer environment
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and transparency
Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, sales trends, operational challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives, strategic objectives, and organizational goals
Handle cash management, reconciliation, and financial accuracy while maintaining compliance with financial protocols
Maintain and optimize point-of-sale (POS) systems and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency
