In-depth researchand analysis of legal provisions. N
Drafting of advice, opinions and compliance reports N
Preparation of Power Point presentations for client meetings, trainings, seminars etc. N
Analysis of client datafor estimating tax impact on business transactions N
Scenario building for identifying most tax effective business model N
Contributing in form ofarticles, monographs, etc N
Preparing reply to Showcause notice/audit replies. N
Meeting with the tax officers for hearing as and when required N
Preparing tax appeals to be filed at the Joint Commissioner (Appeals) N
Preparing tax appeals to be filed at the Court. N
Assisting seniors for representation before various judicial forums. N
Comprehensive research on various topics. N

nClient service delivery/execution:

n
Ability to proactively identify and discuss technical issues with clients while being mindful of firm risk issues N




Handle tax matters withregard to preparation of submissions, replies to notices, appeals etc., meeting the tax authorities, representation during appeals along with seniors etc. N
Executes the work on a multiple client base. Assumes near independent responsibility for smaller clients N
Develops rapport with middle layers of client management. N
