Ensure compliancewith U.S. collections laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). N
Handle escalated accounts and customer disputes requiring managerial intervention. N
Ensure operational processes are executed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). N
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency. N
Continuously assess processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence. N




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall service delivery. N

nPreferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 1year of experience in Spanish voice / Spanish-speaking processes — mandatory. N
Excellent English communication skills. N
B2 level or above Spanish language certification — mandatory. N
Solid problem-solving,communication, and customer-handling skills. N
Ability to manage escalations and work effectively in a process-driven setting. N
