Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a highly driven Outbound SDR / Inside Sales Executive who can proactively identify, engage, qualify, and convert high-potential prospects into qualified sales prospects for greytHR.
nThis role is not limited to traditional cold calling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI-powered prospecting, sales intelligence, automation, LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools to identify the right accounts and decision-makers and build a robust outbound pipeline.
nThe candidate should have a data-driven, technology-first approach to prospecting and be comfortable experimenting with AI tools to improve research, personalization, outreach, and productivity.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Outbound Prospecting

Identify and research target accounts within the defined ICP.n
Prospect into mid-market organizations across relevant industries.n
Identify key decision-makers such as HR Heads, CHROs, HR Directors, CFOs, Founders, and Business Leaders.n




Build and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline through multi-channel outreach.n

n2. AI-Powered Prospecting

Use AI tools to identify prospects, research accounts, understand buyer profiles, and personalize outreach.n
Leverage AI for account research, lead prioritization, email/message personalization, and prospect intelligence.n
Experiment with current AI-powered sales and prospecting tools to improve productivity and conversion.n
Use AI responsibly to improve the quality and relevance of outreach rather than relying on generic automated messaging.n
