To assist in preparation of project brief.
To assist in preparation of architectural documents and presentations.
Coordinate with all Design Consultants and ensure timely delivery.
To assist in monitoring all statutory design compliances.
To follow all Design Development Schedule and deliverables.
To assist in resolution of RFI from site.
To assist in proof reading of design drawings for missing information and errors.
To provide required documentation for the Municipal Architects.
To assist in preparing sales plans and sales area statement.
To assist in close coordination with different department such as Planning and Contracts, Finance, Sales and Marketing etc.
