Role Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience on the Salesforce Platform. The ideal candidate should have solid Salesforce fundamentals, be a quick learner, self-driven, and able to contribute independently with minimal supervision.

The role will be responsible for delivering scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions for the Prism project.

Required Technical Skills

• Robust experience in Salesforce Platform Development

• 2+ years hands-on Salesforce Platform experience

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Apex – Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex

• JavaScript

• Java – valuable understanding of OOP concepts

• Salesforce Data Model

• SOQL / SOSL

• Governor Limits and Performance Optimization

• Salesforce Security – Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules

• Salesforce Integrations and APIs are a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop,



and enhance Salesforce solutions using LWC and Apex

• Build reusable and scalable components following Salesforce best practices

• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews

• Participate actively in Sprint activities and deliver tasks independently

• Quickly learn recent Salesforce features, business processes, and platform enhancements

• Identify issues proactively and suggest improvements

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize Salesforce solutions

• Maintain ownership of assigned tasks and deliver within timelines
