About the Role NWe are looking for a agile and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence within the education sector.
NThe ideal candidate will have solid experience in B2B/B2C business development, institutional sales, relationship management, and lead generation, with a good understanding of the education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities N

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. N
Identify and generate new business opportunities across schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, training organizations, and other education stakeholders. N
Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers, including school/college management, principals, administrators, HR/L&D; teams, and institutional partners. N




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closure, and onboarding. N
Conduct market researchto identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, competitors, and industry trends. N
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial pitches. N
Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with educational institutions and relevant organizations. N
Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and academic teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives. N
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and business forecasts. N
Participate in industryevents, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate business opportunities. N
