Civil Site Foreman – Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
Allocate work to labour, masons, carpenters, bar benders, and other workers.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and approved methods.
Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing activities.
Check levels, line, alignment, dimensions, and quality of workmanship.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Supervisors, and Subcontractors.
Ensure proper availability and utilization of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain daily records of manpower, material consumption, work progress, and site activities.
Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the Site Engineer/Project Manager for solutions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
