We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Hotel Management to join our team at Ekam Agonda. This is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in hotel operations, guest relations, and hospitality management in a wellness-focused boutique hotel environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in guest relations and ensure a smooth guest experience
Coordinate with different departments for daily hotel operations
Supervise housekeeping activities and maintain quality standards
Adhere to operational schedules and staff rosters
Support the team in maintaining hospitality and service standards
Help create a welcoming and comfortable workplace for guests
Assist with basic bookkeeping and operational record management
Coordinate with kitchen and chef operations when required
Manage and update hotel operations using PMS (Property Management System)

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills




Interest in hospitality and hotel management
Responsible, proactive, and well-organized
Ability to work in a team workplace
Familiarity with PMS (Property Management System) is required
Basic understanding of bookkeeping is a plus
Candidates with culinary/chef experience or interest are also encouraged to apply
Candidates with certification in Hotel Management will be a plus point
Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but not mandatory
