Prepare and bake breads, rolls, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products.
Assist the Chef de Partie and senior bakery/pastry chefs in daily production.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to standard recipes.
Prepare mise en place for daily bakery production.
Operate ovens, mixers, proofers, dough sheeters, and other bakery equipment safely.
Maintain consistent quality, taste, texture, appearance, and portion sizes.
Assist with bakery requirements for restaurants, buffets, banquets, and room service.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
