Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer and vehicle details in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Process bookings, invoicing, delivery entries, and other dealership transactions.
Ensure accuracy of sales, finance, insurance, and registration records.
Coordinate with sales and service departments for smooth operations.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Monitor pending activities and ensure timely completion.
Support management with data analysis and reporting requirements.
Eligibility
Any Degree or Diploma.
1–2 years of experience in Automobile Industry, Administration, or Data Entry.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Familiarity with DMS software is preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Tamil; basic English preferred.
