We are looking for a Sr Arcitech for our Hospital Project situated in Maharashtra. We are being a developed company in the EPC Industry. The relevant candidate should be:-

A Senior Architect plans, designs, and oversees construction or development projects from initial concept to completion while leading project teams. Design & Planning: Create comprehensive architectural designs, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD or BIM software.
Client & Team Coordination: Meet with clients to define project requirements and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all plans comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
Project Management: Monitor construction progress through site visits, manage resources,



and resolve on-site technical issues.
Mentorship: Supervise, train, and mentor junior and mid-level architects on the team. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of skilled architectural experience managing end-to-end projects.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
Certifications: Professional architectural license or registration (e.g., Council of Architecture in India or equivalent) and LEED accreditation are strongly preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and budget-tracking abilities. [1, 2, 3, 4]

SALARY: SALARY WILL BE COMMENSURATED AS PER THE INDUSTRY NORMS & IN LINE WITH QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
