Recruitment & Onboarding
Post and update job openings on job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
Screen candidate resumes and application forms to find qualified matches for open roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and send interview follow-ups, offer letters, and rejection emails.
Assist with current hire orientation and joining formalities.

HR Operations & Administration
Update internal databases and employee records with recent hire information or changes.
Maintain physical and digital personnel records while ensuring strict data confidentiality.
Gather routine data for payroll, leave tracking, and perks administration.
Assist in drafting standard HR letters, policies, or memos.
Employee Engagement & Support
Help plan and coordinate team-building activities, company events, and wellness initiatives.
Respond to basic staff inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
Assist the HR team on special projects as assigned.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
