Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Telecalling Executive to handle IndiaMART enquiries and customer follow-ups.

Responsibilities:
IndiaMART se aane wali customer enquiries/leads ko check karna.
Customer details ko Excel sheet me update aur maintain karna.
Customers ko call karke requirement samajhna.
Current leads par timely follow-up karna.
Interested customers ki details sales team/management ke saath share karna.
Previous leads ka regular follow-up karna aur status update karna.
Daily calling aur lead status ki basic reporting maintain karna.
Customer ke questions ka basic level par response dena.

Requirements:




Positive communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Excel ka basic knowledge.
Hindi communication zaroori hai; basic English preferred.
Calling aur customer handling me interest.
Fresher candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹[15,000-22,000] per month + Incentives
Job Location: Bawana sector 2 industrial area Delhi

Candidate Profile: A responsible and hardworking candidate who can regularly handle customer calls, maintain Excel records and follow up with IndiaMART leads.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
