Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NGujarat Accelerate is looking for a proactive and organized intern to design and run a simple, consistent engagement mechanism for its portfolio companies. The intern will be the primary driver of community-building activities that help portfolio companies connect with peers, access relevant experts and resources, and identify business prospects within the network. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone who enjoys community management, event coordination, and building lightweight systems/processes from scratch.

N1. WhatsApp Community Management

Actively manage the Gujarat Accelerate Portfolio WhatsApp community
N
Create and maintain an engagement calendar
N
Drive regular interactions, peer-to-peer connects, resource sharing, and relevant chance postings

n2. Masterclasses
N
Identify relevant topics based on portfolio growth needs and emerging trends
Build and maintain a masterclass calendar

Identify and coordinatewith speakers/subject-matter experts

Create a simple,



reusable session format and communication SOP

n3. Portfolio Mixers / Coffee Meetups

Organize city-wise meetups to bring portfolio companies together

Capture hiring requirements from portfolio companies
