We are looking for a faculty member who combines robust subject knowledge, excellent classroom delivery, problem-solving ability and the passion to mentor students towards competitive-exam success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and concept-driven classroom sessions for Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning.
Teach students preparing for CAT, IPMAT, CLAT and other management entrance examinations.
Develop students' conceptual understanding, calculation skills, logical reasoning and exam-taking strategies.
Explain complex concepts and problems in a easy, structured and application-oriented manner.
Prepare and/or contribute to classroom exercises, practice questions, assignments, sectional tests and mock-test discussions.
Analyse student performance and provide constructive feedback and personalised guidance.
Conduct doubt-solving and mentoring sessions whenever required.
Discuss and analyse previous-year questions and help students understand changing exam patterns.
Stay updated with the latest trends, question patterns and difficulty levels across CAT, IPMAT, CLAT and other relevant examinations.
Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content, teaching methodology and student outcomes.
Maintain a positive, motivating and disciplined classroom setting.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
teaching Quant: 1 year (Preferred)
