About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive (Male/Female) with 1–2 years of sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, messages, and meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Handle leads from initial enquiry through to conversion.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations when required.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the management.




Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Requirements
1–2 years of proven experience in sales/business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust negotiation and convincing abilities.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred.
Real-estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings/site visits when required.
