Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works.
Monitor site execution, quality, safety, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
Handle basic generator operation and power-related requirements.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP / Building Services.
Robust knowledge of MEP systems and site coordination.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage site activities independently.
