Position: Counselling Executive / Patient Counsellor
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities
Counsel patients and attendants regarding healthcare services and treatment options.
Understand patients’ requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
Explain treatment procedures, packages, and charges clearly.
Handle patient queries and concerns professionally.
Conduct follow-up calls and assist patients throughout the treatment journey.
Convert enquiries into appointments and treatment plans.
Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team for smooth patient handling.
Maintain accurate records of counselling and follow-ups.
Prepare daily reports related to counselling, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure a positive patient experience and high level of patient satisfaction.
Requirements
Graduate preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong counselling and convincing skills.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Healthcare/clinic experience will be an advantage.
Confident, target-oriented, and skilled personality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
