Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (+ Incentives)
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our field sales team in Trivandrum. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, generating new client leads, and expanding our market presence on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Field Sales: Drive active field visits, meet potential clients, pitch our offerings, and close deals across Trivandrum.
Pipeline Management: Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
Market Expansion: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with local clients and partners.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research:
Keep track of competitor activities and customer needs in the region.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Field Sales is mandatory.
Preferred Industry Background: Candidates with prior experience or knowledge in the Solar, Telecom, or FMEG industries will be given solid preference.
Skills: Solid local communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Mobility: Must be comfortable traveling locally for field operations and client meetings in Trivandrum.
Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification.
