Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Officer to act as the single point of contact for our clients across Accounts, Taxation, EXIM (Export-Import), and HR Management services. You will bridge the gap between clients and our internal specialist teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain compliance timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounting and EXIM clients.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal accounting, tax, and EXIM teams.
Support the onboarding of current clients (KYC and agreements) and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor compliance deadlines for GST, Income Tax, ROC, DGFT, Customs, IEC, RCMC, LUT, ESI, and PF.
Coordinate the collection of financial data from clients for tax and statutory filings.
Assist clients with export-import documents and bank-related documentation (LC, FIRC,



BRC).

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; Master’s Degree is preferred.
Experience: 1 to 5 years in client relationship management (Experience in Accounts/CA Firm, EXIM Consultancy, or Logistics is preferred).
Languages: Fluency in English & Tamil is required.
Age Limit: 23 – 38 years.

Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of GST, Income Tax, ROC, ESI & PF compliance.
Understanding of Import-Export procedures (IEC, DGFT, Customs documentation).
Robust skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting).
Familiarity with Tally/ERP or CRM software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
