Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business prospects and develop new clients.
Identify and approach potential customers in the interior and construction sector.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and business deals.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales/business development targets.
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
Monitor market trends and identify recent business opportunities.

Requirements:
Experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the Interior or Construction industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
