Job Responsibilities – Turner / Lathe Operator
Operate and set up conventional lathe machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
Perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, grooving, and boring operations.
Select and use appropriate cutting tools, holders, and measuring instruments.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, etc.
Maintain required accuracy and surface finish as per drawing specifications.
Inspect finished components and ensure quality standards are followed.
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the machine and work area clean.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines while operating machinery.
Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to resolve machining-related issues.
Minimize material wastage and ensure effective machine utilization.
Follow production targets, work instructions, and quality requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
