We are looking for a proactive and organized Production & Shoot Coordinator Intern to assist with the planning and execution of shoots for a digital content creator.
The intern will be responsible for coordinating with different people involved in shoots and making sure shoot-related arrangements are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate shoot-related arrangements and requirements
Make calls and follow up with vendors, locations, restaurants, hotels, brands and other contacts
Coordinate with people involved in upcoming shoots
Help with location research and confirmations
Manage shoot schedules and basic coordination
Follow up on permissions, bookings and other shoot requirements
Assist the team during shoots whenever required
Maintain clear communication and ensure tasks are completed on time
Handle multiple shoot-related tasks and last-minute requirements

Valuable communication and calling skills
Confident and comfortable speaking with current people
Organized and responsible
Quick learner and proactive in getting things done
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Docs and basic computer work
Previous production experience is not mandatory
Freshers and students can apply
