Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages
Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash/POS systems)
Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable customer service
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
Restock supplies (beans, milk, syrups, cups, etc.)
Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders
Upsell menu items and promote specials when appropriate
