Job Description

Winshine Infotech is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the company's HR function, employee management, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Build and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and documentation.
Develop employee performance appraisal and KPI systems.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Plan employee training, development, and career-growth programs.
Manage payroll coordination and employee compensation structures.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations.




Build a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
Maintain HR records and prepare management reports.
Lead and manage the HR team.
Work closely with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in HR management, preferably in an IT/company workplace.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team-management abilities.
Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRMS/HR software and MS Office is an advantage.
