Job Role: Telecaller – Real Estate
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Location: Chennai
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, and offers to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain customer records.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Tamil and English.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous telecalling or real estate experience will be an added advantage.
