Job Description:
Bastian Hospitality Pune Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities for our hospitality operations in Pune.

Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles
Employee onboarding, documentation, and coordination
Maintaining HR records, attendance, and employee data
Liaising with department heads for manpower planning
Handling routine HR operations and follow-ups

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Pune-based candidates preferred
