Qualification :

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial building projects

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate residential and commercial building construction works.
Manage project execution according to plans and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, consultants, and other project teams.
Review and understand architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare and check project estimates and quantities.
Coordinate building permit and approval procedures.
Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines.
Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and procedures.

Required Skills & Priority Knowledge

Priority will be given to candidates with valuable knowledge of
Building construction procedures
Plan and drawing reading
Estimation and quantity calculation
Building permit procedures Ksmart procedures .

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
