We're Hiring – Business Development Executive (BDE) / Freight Broker

Well Cargo LLC is looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven BDEs/Freight Brokers to join our growing US freight brokerage team.

Whether you're a have 6 months–1+ year of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, trucking, or sales, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do
Generate recent leads and connect with potential shippers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Negotiate freight rates and close deals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth shipment execution.
Maintain and grow your customer pipeline.

What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and comfortable with sales calls.
Strong work ethic and a target-oriented mindset.
Experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, trucking, or B2B sales is a plus.
