Consumable & Packing Material Management
Maintain stock of all consumable items, including packing materials, cartons, boxes, tapes, labels, and other related materials.
Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of all consumable items.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
Maintain proper inward and outward records of all consumable materials.
Finished Goods Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records of finished goods for all product categories.
Ensure proper identification, labelling, and storage of finished products.
Regularly monitor physical stock against system records.
Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out), wherever applicable.
Dispatch Quantity Verification
Verify the quantity and product details before every dispatch.
Ensure that the physical dispatch quantity matches the sales order, invoice, and dispatch documents.
Take responsibility for preventing wrong product or quantity dispatches.
Ensure proper documentation and records of dispatched materials.
Coordination with Packing Team
Coordinate with the packing team regarding daily packing requirements.
Ensure the availability of required packing materials before starting packing activities.
Monitor daily packing progress and ensure timely completion.
Maintain coordination between production, packing, and dispatch teams.
Daily Dispatch Management
Take complete responsibility for monitoring and controlling daily dispatch activities.
Plan and coordinate dispatches as per the priority and delivery schedule.
Ensure timely loading and dispatch of finished goods.
Maintain daily dispatch records and update stock after every dispatch.
Ensure proper housekeeping and systematic arrangement of the dispatch area.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily stock reports for finished goods and consumable materials.
Maintain records of material received, consumed, packed, and dispatched.
Report stock shortages, discrepancies, damages, and other issues to management.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
