Responsibilities
Source & screen candidates at volume via portals, social media, referrals, local channels
Coordinate interviews and drive offer-to-joining follow-up
Maintain daily candidate pipeline & recruitment records
Own end-to-end hiring — sourcing to joining
Requirements
1+ yr recruitment experience, BPO/volume hiring strongly preferred
Robust sourcing skills — comfortable working without a paid portal
Valuable communication, follow-up discipline, and target orientation
