What You’ll Do (Field Role)
Visit sites, architects, and designers to generate leads
Meet potential clients and pitch interior solutions
Build robust relationships in the market
Follow up and convert leads into projects
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Achieve targets and grow with performance
Who Should Apply
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years experience
Confident, presentable, and valuable communication skills
A go-getter attitude with strong ambition
Someone who wants to earn, learn, and grow quick
Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on profile)
Attractive Incentives: Earn additional ₹10,000 – ₹30,000+ based on performance
Travel/Petrol Allowance (as applicable)
