SENIOR COUNSELLOR – SCHOOL

Qualification:

Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Applied Psychology. Additional qualification in School Counselling, Child Psychology or Guidance & Counselling will be preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a reputed CBSE-affiliated school.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counselling to students.
Address academic, behavioural, emotional and social concerns.
Conduct parent counselling and coordinate with teachers and school leadership.
Support student wellbeing, life-skills and awareness programmes.
Handle student referrals, interventions and follow-ups professionally.




Maintain confidential counselling records and periodic reports.
Support the school in maintaining a secure, positive and student-friendly environment.

Skills:

Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and counselling skills; empathy, confidentiality, skilled maturity and robust documentation skills.

Preference: Candidates with experience in student wellbeing, adolescent counselling, behavioural support and parent counselling will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
