About the Role We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who is an expert in closing deals and also knows digital marketing.

You will generate leads through digital channels, run outreach, pitch, and close clients —

owning the full journey from first click to signed deal. --
Key Responsibilities · Plan and run digital marketing campaigns — paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO, email, and social — to generate leads and build brand visibility. ·

Create content, landing pages, and creatives that attract and convert the right audience.

· Prospect and build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar tools.

· Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences to start conversations and book meetings.

· Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and understand client pain points. · Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and pricing tailored to each client.

· Handle objections, negotiate terms,



and close deals to hit monthly revenue targets.

· Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in .

· Track campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates, and report on ROI.

· Nurture post-sale relationships to drive upsells, cross-sells, and referrals.

· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and recent digital tools.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

--- Requirements · 2–5 years as a Business Development Specialist with a robust grasp of digital marketing.

· Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, Sales Navigator, email automation, and CRM.

· Solid communication, negotiation, and closing skills. · Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Pay: ₹20,575.26 - ₹27,632.86 per month
