Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that merge sales pipelines with promotional campaigns.

Sales Leadership
Direct the sales team to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Oversee lead generation, deal structuring, contract negotiations, and closing processes.
Build and manage high-value client accounts, partnerships, and channel networks. [1, 2]

Marketing Oversight
Supervise digital marketing, brand positioning, advertising, public relations, and content teams.
Manage multi-channel promotional plans across online and offline mediums.
Monitor return on investment (ROI) for all advertising spend and lead-generation campaigns. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Team Management & Collaboration
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate high-performing sales and marketing personnel.
Coordinate closely with product development, finance, and customer success departments.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance; Master of Business Administration (MBA) is strongly preferred. [1]
Experience: 8 to 15 years of progressive commercial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing both functions. [1]
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and financial forecasting.
Expertise with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team-building attributes
Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and consumer insights to pivot tactics.
Set short- and long-term financial objectives, sales quotas, and revenue forecasts. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
