Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Advocate / Legal Consultant specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Corporate Law to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing trademark applications and handling corporate legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) processes, with specific emphasis on trademark filing, searching,
and applications.
Handle corporate legal advisory, agreement drafting, and compliance documentation.
Provide strategic legal counsel on business operations and intellectual property protection.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of active experience as an Advocate or Legal Consultant.
Domain Expertise: Solid focus on IPR (Trademark applications) and Corporate Law.
Education: LL.B. degree from a recognized institution (LL.M. in IPR or Corporate Law is a plus).
Location: Candidates must be based in or able to commute to Kochi.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
