Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Resort Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our resort in Wayanad.
Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys interacting with people and handling day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them during check-in and check-out.
Understand customer requirements and arrange the necessary services.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff to ensure rooms and common areas are ready for guests.
Handle guest requests and resolve basic issues.
Coordinate food, activities, transportation, and other guest requirements when needed.
Monitor the day-to-day operations of the resort.
Maintain basic guest and booking records.
Coordinate with management regarding bookings, expenses, maintenance, and other operational matters.
Ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Handle any other day-to-day resort management responsibilities.
