3–5 years of experience in construction/project management or site execution.
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Solid experience in labour management and site execution.
Valuable knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and site practices.
Robust leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple activities/work fronts at site.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting; MS Project/Primavera/AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
Willingness to work in a site-based and demanding construction environment.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and commitment to project deadlines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ernakulam, Kerala
