Job Title: Architect – Fertility Centre / Healthcare Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and coordinate infrastructure projects for a fertility centre. The candidate should have experience in healthcare or hospital planning, space utilisation, interior coordination, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities
Design and plan fertility centre layouts, consultation rooms, labs, OT areas, and patient spaces
Prepare architectural drawings, 2D/3D designs, and project plans
Coordinate with management, engineers, contractors, and interior teams
Ensure compliance with hospital safety and healthcare regulations
Supervise project execution and site progress
Optimize space planning for patient comfort and operational efficiency




Manage renovation and expansion projects if required

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Minimum 3–5 years of architectural experience
Healthcare/hospital/fertility centre experience preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of healthcare infrastructure standards
Interior planning and aesthetic sense
Vendor and site management experience
Problem-solving and multitasking ability
