Perform laboratory-scale synthesis of APIs, pharmaceutical intermediates and KSMs as per defined synthetic routes.
Conduct reaction development, optimization and process improvement for recent and existing molecules.
Execute reactions from gram scale to kilogram scale and support scale-up activities.
Perform reaction monitoring, work-up, purification, crystallization, filtration and drying operations.
Optimize parameters such as temperature, reaction time, pH, solvent, reagent quantity and reaction conditions to improve yield and purity.
Identify and troubleshoot reaction failures, impurities, low yield and process-related issues.
Maintain accurate laboratory records, including batch records, experimental procedures, observations, calculations and results.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for sampling,



analysis and interpretation of analytical results.
Develop and document current synthetic routes, process improvements and reproducible laboratory procedures.
Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of chemicals, solvents and laboratory waste in accordance with safety procedures.
Maintain laboratory equipment, glassware and work areas in a clean and secure condition.
Follow GMP, EHS, laboratory safety and company SOP requirements.
Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates on project progress to the R&D; management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
