About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-orientated tender executive to manage the complete tendering process, from identifying suitable tenders to preparing, submitting, and tracking tender documents.

Key Responsibilities

*Search and identify relevant government, PSU, and e-tenders on various tender portals.
Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission requirements.
Prepare and organize tender documents as per the required guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for collecting technical, financial, and preparing supporting documents.
Handle online tender submission, including uploading documents and submitting bids within deadlines.
Track tender status, corrigendums, deadlines, EMD, tender fees, and other key requirements.
Maintain proper records of submitted, ongoing, and upcoming tenders.
Coordinate for EMD, performance security, bank guarantees, and other tender-related requirements when applicable.
Follow up on tender results and maintain records of awarded and unsuccessful bids.
Prepare regular reports related to tender participation and status.

Required Skills-




Positive knowledge of e-tendering portals and online bid submission processes.
Basic understanding of tender documentation and government procurement procedures.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong documentation and organisational skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications –
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Previous experience in e-tendering, tender executive, bid management, or procurement will be preferred.
Experience handling government/PSU tenders will be an added advantage.
