About the Role

Suroskie is looking for an experienced HR Operations & Payroll qualified to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including attendance, leaves, employee records, onboarding, confirmation, and exits.
Handle monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, incentives, reimbursements, and Full & Final settlements.
Manage PF, ESIC, TDS and other statutory compliance and coordinate with consultants/vendors.
Maintain accurate HRMS, payroll records, employee databases, and HR MIS.
Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, leaves, policies, and HR processes.




Support performance management, increments, appraisals, and employee documentation.
Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting to management.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations & Payroll.
Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Positive knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS, leave & attendance management.
Experience with HRMS / payroll software and Excel.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates from Beauty, Skincare, D2C, FMCG, or E-Commerce industries are preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
