Key Responsibilities
Supervise security guards and manage daily security operations at the site.
Maintain strict entry and exit control for employees, visitors, vehicles and materials.
Monitor gate passes, vehicle movement, loading/unloading and material dispatch.
Conduct regular security rounds and ensure proper site surveillance.
Maintain attendance, shift rosters, incident reports and security records.
Coordinate with management and local authorities in case of security incidents.
Ensure compliance with company security procedures and safety protocols.
Prevent theft, unauthorized access and misuse of company assets.
Handle emergency situations and coordinate immediate response when required.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in mining, manufacturing, industrial or plant operations.
Graduate preferred; ex-servicemen candidates will be considered.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
Ability to manage security personnel in rotational shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and report-writing skills.
Candidate must be willing to work at a remote industrial/mining location.
