We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Supervisor to join our nursing team.
Position: Nursing Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Nursing Supervisor experience
Location: Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff across shifts.
Prepare and maintain accurate nursing duty rosters and ensure proper staff allocation.
Coordinate nursing activities across all clinical departments.
Monitor and ensure high standards of patient care and nursing services.
Ensure smooth coordination between nursing staff, doctors, and other clinical departments.
Monitor staff attendance, shift coverage, and day-to-day nursing operations.
Guide and support nursing staff in clinical and patient-care activities.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and safety standards.
Handle nursing-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain effective communication and coordination within the nursing team.
Candidate Requirements
B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursing Supervisor.
Strong nursing staff-handling and team-management skills.
Positive knowledge of duty roster preparation and shift management.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple clinical departments effectively.
Strong focus on patient care and service quality.
Location: LG Deepam Hospital, Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore
